What are Success Pages?
A Success Page is the page shown to form users after they've completed your form. This page is useful for displaying a "thank you" or confirmation message.
Create a New Success Page
On your form's "Success Pages" page, click the "New" button and give your Success Page a unique name. Then, select which type of page to use. When you're finished, click the "Save" button.
Edit or Delete an Existing Success Page
On your form's "Success Pages" page, use the list on the right to select a Success Page. Modify any settings. When you're finished, click the "Save" button. To delete a Success Page, select it and click the "Delete" button.
A Success Page can be one of three types:
- Standard: A simple page that matches your form's colors and styles.
- Custom: A completely custom page built with your own text or HTML.
- Redirect URL: The form user will be sent to the URL you enter.
Using Success Pages
If your form has no Success Pages, it will show a default Formsite "thank you" page at the end. After you create your first Success Page, it will become the new default Success Page. If you don't create any more, the default Success Page will simply always be shown. If you create multiple Success Pages, you can use Rules to conditionally decide which one to show.
Success Pages for Free and Deluxe level accounts will include a Formsite ad.
Success Pages are form-specific, but you can copy a Success Page from an existing form by clicking the "Copy From" button. When you copy a form, its Success Pages will be copied along with it.
