What are Results Labels?
Results Labels change the question labels of form items when viewing results. This can make your results easier to read when your questions are too long, too short, or just need to be different when viewing results.
Create New Results Labels
On your form's "Results Labels" page, click the "New" button and give your Results Labels a unique name. Then, enter new label text next to each item you want to relabel. It's not required to relabel every item; any item you do not relabel will keep it's original question label. When you're finished, click the "Save" button.
Edit or Delete Existing Results Labels
On your form's "Results Labels" page, use the list on the right to select a Results Labels. Modify any settings. When you're finished, click the "Save" button. To delete a Results Labels, select it and click the "Delete" button.
If you delete Results Labels that are in use, such as in a Results Report, results will go back to showing their normal question labels.
Applying Results Labels
After you have a saved Results Labels, look for the "Results Labels" setting on pages and features dealing with results. For example, you can create a Notification or a Results Report that displays alternate question labels. You can reuse the same Results Labels in multiple places.
Results Labels are form-specific, there isn't a way to use the same Results Labels on multiple forms. When you copy a form, its Results Labels will be copied along with it.
