What are Results Labels?
Results Labels change the question labels of form items when viewing results. This can make your results easier to read when your questions are too long, too short, or just need to be different when viewing results.

On your form's "Results Labels" page, click the "New" button and give your Results Labels a unique name. Then, enter new label text next to each item you want to relabel. It's not required to relabel every item; any item you do not relabel will keep it's original question label. When you're finished, click the "Save" button.
Edit or Delete Existing Results Labels

If you delete Results Labels that are in use, such as in a Results Report, results will go back to showing their normal question labels.
