Scheduled Exports automate exporting results with your preferred export settings.
Requirements
The Scheduled Exports feature requires a Professional level Formsite account.
Create a New Scheduled Export
On your form's "Scheduled Exports" page, click the "New" button and give your Scheduled Export a unique name. Then, schedule when and how you'd like to receive the data. The remaining settings work the same as a normal Export. When you're finished, click the "Save" button.
Depending on the schedule you choose, the Scheduled Export may run immediately after it's created to "catch up" for the current time period. For example, if you create a new monthly Scheduled Export, it will be overdue to run for the current month and so will run immediately.
Edit or Delete an Existing Scheduled Export
On your form's "Scheduled Exports" page, use the list on the right to select a Scheduled Export. Modify any settings. When you're finished, click the "Save" button. To delete a Results Report, select it and click the "Delete" button.
Scheduling
Scheduled Exports can be scheduled to run monthly (on the first day of each month), weekly (on the day of the week you choose), daily (each day), or unscheduled (never run automatically). Additionally, you can manually run a Scheduled Export at any time by using the "Run Now" button.
Each Scheduled Export will begin running at its scheduled time, but the exact time it finishes and is delivered may vary depending on how many other exports are running and how busy the system is. Generally, Exports should complete within 15 minutes of their scheduled time.
Past exported files are stored for 14 days and, in addition to having them emailed, you can retrieve them from the list near the bottom of the page.
Additional Information
Scheduled Exports are form-specific, there isn't a way to use information from multiple forms in the same Scheduled Export.
