To upgrade your account, go to your account's "Billing" page and click the "Upgrade/Renew" button.
We support both monthly and yearly billing cycles. Your service will begin immediately and will renew on the same day in next billing cycle. For example, if you upgrade to monthly service on September 24, it will next renew on October 24.
If you already have paid service and are upgrading to a higher level, the system will prorate your upgrade charge to include the amount you've already paid and the number of days remaining on your current billing cycle.
Monthly and yearly billed accounts can by by credit card. Yearly billed accounts can additionally request an invoice to pay by check or bank transfer.
