To upgrade your account, go to your account's "Billing" page and click the "Upgrade/Renew" button.
We support both monthly and yearly billing cycles. After your first payment, service will begin immediately and will renew on the same day next billing cycle. For example, if you upgrade to monthly service on September 24, it will next renew on October 24. Yearly payments are discounted compared to paying for 12 individual months, but we can't give refunds for unused yearly service. All service levels will auto-renew until cancelled.
If you already have paid service and are upgrading to a higher level, the system will prorate your upgrade charge to include the amount you've already paid and the number of days remaining on your current billing cycle.
Monthly and yearly accounts can pay by credit card. Yearly accounts can additionally request an invoice to pay by check.
