What are Results Views?
Results Views control which items are visible when viewing results.
Create a new Results View
On your form's "Results Views" page, click the "New" button and give your Results View a unique name. Then, deselect each item you want to be hidden. When you're finished, click the "Save" button.
If you add new items to your form, they'll default to being visible in any Results Views that have already been created.
Edit or Delete Existing Results Views
On your form's "Results Views" page, use the list on the right to select a Results View. Modify any settings. When you're finished, click the "Save" button. To delete a Results View, select it and click the "Delete" button.
Applying Results Views
After you have a saved Results View, look for the "Results Views" setting on pages and features dealing with results. For example, you can create a Notification or a Results Report that hides items containing sensitive information. You can reuse the same Results View in multiple places.
All forms have two built-in Results Views: "All Items" and "All Items + Statistics". The "All Items" Results View includes all your form items. The "All Items + Statistics" Results View additionally includes results' statistics information such as Reference Number, Status, and Date.
Additional Information
Results Views are form-specific, there isn't a way to use the same Results Views on multiple forms.
